Designed for opening and closing all sizes of one, two or three ram hyraulic BOP's

The skid consists of close frame works and incorporates inbuilt control panel, all of its construction is in stainless steel structure & covers

Unit hass four lifting points provided with 4 leg wire rope lifting sling & canvas cover

All the hydraulic tubing & pump assembly can be accessed from rear of the panel for any maintenance

Unit has 25 litre ( 6.6 USG ) stailess steel fluid tank with filling access from the top & level monitoring from the side of the tank

High level of filtration is acheived by having a suction line strainer in hydraulic reservoir

Tank mounted 125 micron suction strainer

Tank top mounted 10 micron return filter

Inlet & outlet pressure lines are fitted with high pressure 25 micron filter

Hydraulic quick connects are of snap tite

A 10 liter accumulator is provided with the system which provides hydraulic back up to BOP system

Optional : 20 liter capacity accumulator

Air driven hydraulic pump is provided with back up hydraulic manual operated hand pump

This hand pump is positioned behind operator control panel and are operated while facing the panel, as the handles are taken out from the slots on panel

Hydraulic power is generated by pneumatically operated hydraulic pump

Operating output hydraulic perssure is 5,000 psi

Relife valve pressure is set to 5,000 psi

One or two BOP control is done from operator control panel

Air inlet : chicago coupling

High pressure outlet : quick disconnect coupling

Stainless steel color coded with english letters and flow diagram fitted with
